How long does my order take to ship?

• At Blind Jack Apothecary we hand make every order. No mass produced products.

• Your order is accepted within 24 hours of receiving it. From there depending on the ingredients in your order, processing and drying can take 1-3 days.

• It is shipped to you with your preferred method, including rush shipping options.

Do you offer international shipping? 

The simple answer is yes. We are located in Fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada. And with current customs, international shipping increases, and possible wait times, we still love to offer Internation Delivery when we can. Please allow an additional 24 hours from order time to confirm shipping to your country.

What is your return policy? 

With our products being all natural and hand made, we can not accept returns, send backs, or exchanges. We also will not offer any refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please email us and we will do our best to rectify the situation quickly. While we fully acknowledge this is a small portion of customers, we do need to note we cooperate fully with police investigations regarding false claims and fraudulent charges.
